Are you an experienced designer in stands, events, and brand activations, passionate about creating standout visual solutions and motivated to lead projects that elevate creative strategy?
Do you have a solid track record, strong vision, and the ability to guide projects—while still eager to grow and explore new approaches?
Main Responsibilities:
Creativity and proactivity in the development of concepts for multidisciplinary projects;
End-to-end development and management of graphic design projects, with a strong focus on events, stands, and corporate spaces, working closely with the spatial design team;
Creation and implementation of consistent, innovative design strategies aligned with each client’s objectives;
Supervision and/or development of graphic animations as a complement to projects (a plus);
Preparation, review, and presentation of proposals and projects to clients and internal teams;

Required Profile:
Proven experience of 5+ years in similar roles;
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field;
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools (mandatory);
Strong conceptual thinking and strategic vision;
Fluent Spanish; working knowledge of English (spoken and written); Portuguese is a plus;
Knowledge of AI tools applied to creative projects;
Immediate availability (preferred).
