If you have experience in Stand, Event and Brand Activation projects, with strong technical analysis skills, the ability to interpret projects and prepare budgets, this opportunity may be for you.

Main Responsibilities:

Supporting the development of stand, event, activation and refurbishment project concepts;
Analyzing, interpreting and evaluating projects based on sketches, 3D designs, technical drawings and respective complementary technical specifications;
Critically analyzing and proposing alternative solutions in terms of construction methods and materials, focusing on efficiency, effectiveness, cost optimization and technical feasibility;
Preparing general and detailed technical drawings;
Monitoring and controlling in-house production work;
Coordinating installation works on-site, ensuring deadlines, quality standards and technical specifications are met.

Required Profile:

Proven experience in Project Management or equivalent roles within the sector;
Degree in Architecture, Design or related fields; experience in stand, event or production projects is valued;
Availability to travel frequently;
Fluent English (spoken and written);
Knowledge of Spanish, German or French (valued);
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD preferred);
Strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills.
